My name is Siegfried, I am a thirty three year old software developer, currently managing a small team in Amsterdam.
I started my “health and fitness journey” five years ago when I joined a gym and consistently worked out for about six months and this completely change my life.
For the better of course.
Since then, I have completed numerous races and events including marathons, obstacle courses, iron man and many more. Apart from all the endurance training, I also do yoga, bodyweight fitness exercise and high intensity training.
I decided to start this blog, mostly to track my own fitness journey but also to share whatever I learn along the way.
I plan to cover several topics, namely: exercise, diet and nutrition, sleep, supplements and life in Amsterdam in a gruelling role with a tight schedule.
